He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth and Derrick; and his sister Juliet. He is survived by: his spouse Victoria Hole; his siblings, Ann (David), Sarah (Charles) and William (Maggie); his children, Sarah (Jay), Tiffany (Sean), Sophie (James) and Max; his stepsons, Coleman (Sofia) and Will (Alexis); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Cody, Amelie (Penelope) and Michael Lohnberg. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
