He is survived by: his wife Jean of San Rafael; his daughters, Jeannie Platt (Cary) of Plano, Maryanne Ralston (Jerry) of Templeton, CA. and Papa Jim; his grandchildren, Mia, Joseph, Jeannette Sullivan, Ryan Platt, Emma Platt, James, Lauren and Grace Ralston; his sister Marian O'Donnell (late Daniel) of Seal Beach; and also, Mark (Barbara) of Dallas Texas, James (Janet) of Palm Desert and Patrick (Kelly) of Carmichael, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
