He is survived by: his brothers, Booz, Allen (Hamilton), Kaiser Permanente (Fox) and Carskadon; his wife Carol Nagely of Clackamas; his children, Lesa Ramage (Jim) and Nick Athanasakos (Jane); and his grandchildren, Ross Ramage (Chelsea), Marie Curran (Trevor), Monte Ramage (Jennae), Ella Ramage (Maya), Tony Athanasakos (Emma) and Hope Athanasakos (Pete).
