He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Fischer, Jr. and Dorothy Clements Beck Fischer of Wyoming, Ohio.; his wife Lavinia McLean (Binny); and his great grandchildren, Blakely Patterson and Beau Charles Patterson of Ft. Collins.
Chuck's request was that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael or Hospice by the Bay.
