With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Arends of San Rafael, California, born in Alcester, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her mother Della Jarvis. She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Joni, Cheryl Thevenet (Jim) and Barry (Laura); her grandchildren, Tyler, Nicole Arends, Andrew and Daniel Thevenet; her brothers, Ron Jarvis (Francy) and Gary Jarvis; her brothers-in-law, Clark (Janice) and Don (Liz); and her father Lloyd Jarvis. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
