She is survived by: her significant other Joe; her brother David (Teri); her children, Cindy Bernard, Linda (Dennis Bracken), Christine (Rob Rubin) and Phillip J. Bernard III (Antoinette); and her grandchildren, Brian, Chelsea (Hayley), Cole (Alec), Phillip IV and Jacob (Grace).
