It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Roy Mannila (San Pedro, California), born in Astoria, Oregon, who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Mannila (Albertson) and Roy Mannila; his daughter Allison; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Anita Mannila (Fonte); his daughters, Melissa, Amy and Missy; and his granddaughter Adelyn. He is also survived by siblings and extended family members, dear friends.
