She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Scalo and Jean D'Antoni-Scalo. She is survived by: her children, Joanne, Steven and Mary (David); her grandchildren, Samantha (Cory) and Joshua; and her husband Albert Salak. She is also survived by her grandnieces, grandnephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
