She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Sr.; her son Donald Jr.; her daughter-in-law Lynn; and her parents, Margarita "Mary" Kuglis (Nizetich) and Nicholas Kuglis.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeri Lu Kusar; her grandchildren, Amber Estorga, Garrett Estorga, Jason Kusar (Maria) and Aimee Meyers (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Sloane and William Harris; and her grandchildren, Yvonna, Wyatt, Walker Meyers, Justin and Jaden Kusar.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the ALS Association (http://www.als.org) in memory of her loving son Donald Anthony Kusar, Jr., who succumbed to a 7-year battle with ALS.
