“Lucio was my neighbor when I was living at St Regis in Long Beach. He was always chearful and welcoming. It is sad to leanr about his passing. He'd always offer sandwich and chips whenever I come to visit. When I first went back to Philippines to meet my future wife, he and his brother Joe gave me a ride to the airport. Lucio is a wonderful guy and I am thankful to have met him. Ever Basconcillo”
