It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Mattera of San Pedro, California, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Mattera; and her son Frank Mattera. She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn; her brother Joseph Hartman; her daughters, Susan Serpa (Gunnar) and Jo Ann Herring (Mike); her grandchildren, Melissa Macias (Fernando), Joey and Brian Simeoni; and her great grandchild Vivianna Macias. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
