He is survived by: his significant other Maria Azzara Cummings of Los Angeles, CA.; his siblings, Judy Cox (Mike), James Cummings (Cindy) and Joyce; his nieces and nephews, Medana Hemontolor (Greg), Jason Hobbs (Phyllis), Deborah Henderson (Ronnie), April Oakley (Wayne), Tina Reeves, Kim Sandlin (Kevin), Jimmy Joe Cummings, Lori Diaz (Gilbert), Gina Manning (Jeff), Al Amato, Vince, AJ Amato, Marissa, Emily and Jeffrey Manning; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan Hemontolor (Alex), Grayson Hemontolor, Ashley, Samantha Hobbs, Max, Levi Henderson, Deshae, Anya Oakley, Nikki Turner (Terry), Meagan Wilburn (Zach), Madison Sandlin, Hendrix and Dylan Cummings; and also, Dallas, Kennedy Turner, Gentry Blayke, Isla, Taylor Hess, Blaine Archer Wilburn, Liam Pierce, Iris and Marissa. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.
