He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M. Nemie and Josephine Jarvis; and his siblings, Josephine, Eva, Tom and Paul.

He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Lorilynn DuVall (Brad) and J. Michael Nemie; his grandchildren, Courtney (Daniel), Bradly Jr., Amber, Jordyn, Jennalyn and Jaedyn; his great grandchildren, Mylee and Mila; and his sister Mary Anne. He is also survived by His many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
