He was predeceased by: his son Henry; his grandchildren, Theresa and Henry III; and his siblings, Theresa, Angela and Jose Luis.
He is survived by: his children, Fred, Alicia, Frank, Jose, Cristina, William and George; his sisters, Margarita Ramirez and Rosa Snider; and his son-in-law Alfredo Aceves. He is also survived by wife and friends from the Senior's Center club and trips to Mexico to visit family with his children.
