He is survived by : his mother Ginger Lee Madrick; his step-mother Lauren Welty; his brother James Curtis Welty; his children, Sandra Goebert (Jay), Sara Scott (Tyler), John Welty and Davina Welty; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Marianna, Jacob and Charli.
