She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Rathburn and Mabel Rathburn (Athey). She is survived by: her husband Guy; her children, Tye C. Welch (Lisa), Abby, Allie, Todd R. Welch, Alyssa, Jessica, Tiffany A., Caitlin, Chloe, Troy J. Welch (Patrice) and Hailey; her great grandchildren, Joshua and Eddie; and also, Angela Hernandez and Troxel (Michael).

Contributions can be made at "Make-A-Wish Foundation" in lieu of flowers.
