He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Salazar Rukavina. He is survived by: his father Anthony A. Rukavina; his wife Suzanne; his children, Faith Mirmantes, Jaqueline Shirley and Anthony T. Rukavina Jr.; and his grandchildren, Seth, Jasmine, Austin and Owen. He is also survived by brother to his two sisters and wonderful Uncle to many nieces, nephews and cousins.
