I have attended interclub meetings at Richmond and Herb was always smiling, energetic and so inspirational! In the past week, I have heard tributes to Herb at the Alameda and San Leandro Clubs. Herb was so respected as Lt.Governor and always had a checklist to help new officers do their jobs. He was humble with the heart of a hero! Deepest condolences, Patricia Bowen (Alameda)”
