With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward William Hartley (San Pablo, California), born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on August 11, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Sandra Moran; and his parent Encinitas. He was also cherished by her five children, nine grand-children and extended family.
