He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence, Sr. Segure and Alice Segure; his brother Lee Arthur; and his aunts and uncles, Helen Martin, Betty Gene Martin, Delores, Lee Von Woods and Leroy Woods.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Segure; his brothers, Claudell Segure (Shirley) and Jeremiah Segure; his aunt Thelma Jackson; and his uncle Claudell Woods. He is also survived by relatives, and dear friends.
