Neil was a kindhearted person that I was fortunate to have the acquaintance of as the HVAC service provider at OP. He was a man on the move every time I saw him, but always quick to respond when asked. While he quiet man it was obvious how much joy his family brought to him. “Mrs. Chand & family - It was an honor to know Neil. We worked together at OP & I had the privilege of promoting him to Chief Engineer, working side by side with him until I retired Oct. 2023. Neil was a bit reserved at work, but we did make him laugh once in a while! He worked hard & was a valued teammate. Neil loved you all so very much, was so proud of his children, was super stoked for your 20th anny trip last year. I know I will see his bright light in the night stars. Patricia Proano”
