We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jessica Elizabeth Duggan (San Mateo, California), born in Los Gatos, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Bernadette Brierley and Peter Duggan; her siblings, James, Samantha, Andrew and Victoria; and her grandfather Jimmy Duggan. She is also survived by her many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and dear friends.

While we would love to have a large gathering to celebrate Jessica's life, we will be restricted to a small private service in line with county guidelines for Covid 19.

The family requests no flowers or gifts. However, given Jessica's love for animals, her family would be grateful of any donations made in her honor to the following organizations: Animal Humane Society https: //http://www.animalhumanesociety.org.

“In loving memory of Jessica Elizabeth Duggan, I just found out about Jessica and I am so sorry. I was her house Mom at C.S. and she was one of my girls that lived with me. We shared a lot of laughs and had some good sober times. I let her bring her 2 little dogs Oreo and Biscuit with her for weekends. I miss her and think about her often. I would love to someday have a sober living and name it Jessica's House. Deepest sympathy Nancy Newman Someone so special will not be forgotten.”
