He was predeceased by: his father Joseph M. Muretic, Sr. of Steelton; his sister Patricia Jean Muretic; his brother-in-law John Kelly Jr.; and his grandparents, Andrew, Josephine Marinak, Josip and Ann Muretic.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Muretic (Marinak); his siblings, Barbara Kelly, Joseph Muretic Jr. (Carol), Thomas Muretic (Marilyn), David Muretic (Betsy) and Deborah Elias (Timothy); and his friend Samantha Rose. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, 14 great-nieces and nephews, 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (357 S Harrisburg St, Oberlin, PA 17113). A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church (815 S 2nd St, Steelton, PA 17113). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (4075 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111).
