He was predeceased by: his parents, Adela Locsin and Jose Locsin; his daughter Joan Locsin; and his grandson Dominic Lopez-Toney. He is survived by: his sister Jean Locsin Sablan; his wife Cecilia V. Locsin; and his former wife Maria Sablan Locsin. He is also survived by his 7 sons and 6 daughters, 14 children, 37 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
