He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Lee (O'Brien) and Frank Harmon; his friend Roy; and his brother David Harmon (Hazel J. Harmon). He is survived by: his son Brien Zachary Harmon; his siblings, Vivian Lee and Michael; his daughter Alexa; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his granddaughter Hannah; his nieces and nephews, Jim, Jeff, David, Angela and Stacy; and his adoptive son Samer.

We request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the organizations that had the most direct impact on Roy's life: Randolph Sheppard Vendors of America and the Braille Institute.
