He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence V. Rall and Lucille S. Rall (Fisher); and his brothers, Donald, Paul and William.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Picard Rall; and his children, Danielle Rall, Robert Rall, James Rall, Anne Gardner (Steve), Mark Rall, Kevin Rall (Kathleen) and John Rall (Micaela). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
