He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Pippin (Cleavinger); his children, Russell Dewane Pippin (Nancy) and Terri Lee (Pippin) Medzyk (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Jenifer Christine (Pippin) Strait (Braden) and Alex Russell Pippin (Jeannie).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reis Family Mortuary (991 Nipomo St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401).
