He was predeceased by: his father James Donald Westover; his sister Cindy Westover; his brother-in-law Donald Snow Jr.; and his mother-in-law Diane Snow. He is survived by: his wife Linda Westover; his mother DeAnn Westover; his sisters, Dawni Haines (Peter) of Chugiak, Alaska, Julie Kilburn (Kurt) of Nipomo, California and Lisa Jarvis (Paul) of Pismo Beach, California; his father-in-law Donald Snow of Provo, Utah; and his children, Matthew (Julia) of North Logan, Utah, Michael (Brittani) of Mesa, Arizona, Andrea Ware (Jonathan) of Murray, Utah, Ryan (Kalaway) of Nashville, Tennessee and Carrie Fjeldsted (Erik) of Lehi, Utah. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
