He is survived by: his daughter Megan Elizabeth; his wife Lori; his son-in-law Brandon; his son Robby; his daughter-in-law Meagan; and his grandchildren, Kylee, Audriana, Maverick, Lincoln, Ford and Fallon. He is also survived by his father, three brothers, and numerous extended family.
David's family has asked that if you wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers that it be made to the San Luis Obispo City Firefighters Union Benevolent and Emergency Assistance Relief Fund.
