He was predeceased by: his father Michael Joseph Herrera Sr. of Coos Bay, OR; and his grandparents, Bill, Faye Herrington of Stockton, CA, Phil and Amalia Herrera of Stockton, CA..
He is survived by: his mother Wanda Herrera; his children, David Michael Herrera and Renee Hannan (Phil); his stepfather Joel Sano of Leander, TX; his brother Michael Herrera (Diane) of Leander, TX; his stepmother Karen Herrera of Coos Bay, OR; and his stepsiblings, Michelle Adkins (Jake) of Coos Bay, OR and Rob Garcia (Nita) of Lincoln, CA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
