It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mae Moerke (San Luis Obispo, California), born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on March 28, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Don Symens; her mother Joseph; her children, Mike Symens (Christi), Sheryl Manz (Paul) of Kernersville, Greg Symens (Julie) of Omaha, Brent Symens of Bellevue, Brian Symens (Valerie) of Daytona and Kevin Symens (Marsha) of Dell Rapids; and her brother Robert Moerke. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
