She was predeceased by: her husband Cosimo Palazzotto. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michael (Joyce Palazzotto), Joanne (Allen Lindberg), San Lorenzo and John (Lisa Palazzotto); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Alex Lindberg, Dominic and Allison Palazzotto; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Lindberg and Tanner Smith; and her sisters, Josephine Stout, Rose Marie Litz and Maryann Parrinello. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
