He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan J. Dailey and Ellen M. Dailey (Swan) of Viola; and his sister Sharon Dailey of Marshalltown. He is survived by: his wife Judith Dailey (Armstrong); his daughters, Elaine (Dailey), Mattingly (John) of Newton, Cynthia and Musslewhite (Bob) of Iowa City; his grandchildren, Ian Day (Ali Thomason-Day) of Columbia, Julia Corne (Cameron Gelak) of Thornton and Arnold "A. J." Corne Jr. of Erie, Colorado.; his brother Richard Dailey of San Leandro; and his nephews, Aaron Larson (Abby-Jaye) of Ankeny and Brian Larson (Katie) of Haverhill.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Garden Room, Park Centre (500 1st St N, Newton, IA 50208).
Memorials may be made to Wesley Life Hospice Service or to school or church vocal music programs and may be left at the celebration or at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home.
