He is survived by: his children, Samuel Joseph Salazar, Jenna Noel Salazar and Kaleigh Melton; his grandsons, Jaxon Kent, Aiden Joseph and Declan Isaiah Salazar; his siblings, Patricia Gonzales and James Salazar; his daughter-in-law Lisa Salazar; and his stepson Ryan Melton.
