He was predeceased by: his husband Osmundo Domingo. He is survived by: his siblings, Allan Branchau (Sheila), Larry Loucks (Arthur), Gary Loucks Colleen Schlegel (Karrie) and Cheryl Bryant (Charlie); and his pet Cindy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, he was a generous benefactor of many charitable organizations thus donations can be made to the charity of your choice to honor him.
