He is survived by: his siblings, Chris, Janet and Melanie; his wife Kathryn Rich; his stepson Nicholas Aaron Bullard; his sons, William Santee Targett and Charles; and also, Charles Christopher Targett, Michelle Montoya, Dakota Leigh Targett, Emilia and Stella.
