He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Kelly and David Jr. (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Madison, McKenna and David III; his sisters, Sandra Breitenbucher and Linda Hoff (Jay); and his sister-in-law Barbara Miller (Don).
