We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 88, Cecilia A. Conti of San Leandro, California, born in Oakland, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Loya and Cecilia Loya; her brother Raymond Loya; her children, Keith, Louis (Kim) and Elizabeth (Robert); and her grandchildren, Sara, Curtis, Jennifer, Nicholas and Melanie. She was also cherished by cousins, and her numerous family and friends.
