She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louise Draughter Blander and Ernest Blander; her husband Steven Oram; her children, Marcus Bouligny of Atlanta and Yvonne Bouligny of Oakland; her grandson Issac Bouligny of Atlanta, Georgia.; her siblings, Philip E. Blander of Bonham and Zelma S. Evans (Karon) of New Orleans; her aunt Anita D. Hanzy; and her cousins, Mary D. Lea of New Orleans and Doris A. Shaffer of Gonzales. She was also cherished by Nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers.
