She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jerry Wanek, Jr. and Stella Wanek (Pechacek); and her siblings, Patricia Rippens, Kathrine Fleming, Dorthy Kremarick, Irene Hummel, Adeline Cunningham, Betty Praefke, Mary Ann Kolarik and Leo Wanek.
She is survived by: her son Darrell Hochman.
