With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nam Van Phan (San Jose, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Darling & Fischer Garden Chapel (471 E Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95112). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vang Catholic Church (389 E Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125).
