A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Los Gatos Memorial Park (2255 Los Gatos Almaden Rd, San Jose, CA 95124).
Although Jeffrey has tragically left us, his generous donation of organs has given four other Californians a better chance to live.
