It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Louise Strobel of San Jose, California, born in El Centro, California, who passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Ditzler Braden Jack Bridges; her siblings, Elaine Linhoff and Jack Strobel; and her parents, John Strobel and Edith Strobel.
She is survived by: her children, Jeri May Bridges, Vera Marie Bridges, Bonnie Louise Bridges (Bill) and John Ditzler Allen Bridges (Amy); and her grandchildren, Dylan, Isadora, Nina and Lou. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Graton Community Club (https://gratoncommunityclub.org) in support of their scholarships to horticultural students in Sonoma County and much needed renovations to their building in downtown Graton, CA.
