James Earle Landes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Earle Landes of San Jose, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earle Landes, Sr. and Priscilla Landes. He is survived by: his wife Minh Landes; his stepchildren, Tammy Nguyen (Daniel Stegink) and Christy Nguyen Umstadter (Robert Umstadter); his grandsons, Lewis and Benjamin Stegink; and his siblings, Francine, Norman and Brian Landes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Skylawn Funeral Home, Memorial Park (888 Lifemark Rd, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Skylawn Memorial Park (888 Lifemark Rd, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Jim's memory.
