He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Cahalan and Thomas A. Cahalan; and his siblings, Patrick Cahalan SJ and Mary Cahalan Morris (late Steve). He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Cahalan (late Janet) of Pebble Beach and James Cahalan (late Maureen) of Laguna Woods, California.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many close friends and neighbors.
A vigil service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Athanasius Catholic Church (1555 S White Rd, San Jose, CA 95127). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery (490 Lincoln St, Santa Clara, CA 95050).
