He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George and Elizabeth Gwendolyn Chase; his wife Jacqueline Estelle Chase; his children, Mark, Pamela, Alison, Kimberly and Treacy; his grandchildren, Anna, Joey, Jared, Kelly, Adrienne and Kevin; and his great grandchildren, Arlo, Remi and Cameron.

A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery (490 Lincoln St, Santa Clara, CA 95050).
