She is survived by: her father Domingo Cárdenas of Lafayette; her daughter Marissa Leighton; her son-in-law Adam Leighton; her grandchildren, Abbigale and Bernadette of Modesto; and her siblings, Carmen Walls of Turlock, Deanna Cárdenas Girón of Pasadena, Georgia Cárdenas of Pasadena, Rosa Cárdenas of Lafayette, Clemencia Cárdenas Cardinale of Fresno, Jesse Cárdenas of Reno and Andres Cárdenas of Anaheim. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
