He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Fuhrer; his stepson Anthony Peter Holt; and his grandson Anthony J. Holt. He is survived by: his spouse Armida Conrad; his sons, Kelly Conrad, Jeff Conrad and Howie Conrad; and his stepchildren, Charlie Valencia, Cherie Valencia-Nelson and Sheryl Holt.
