He is survived by: his son Rodney Grugin (Elizabeth) of Tennessee; his brothers, James Melvin Grugin (Betty) of West Virginia and Authur Grugin (Gail) of Parksville; and his grandchildren, Celia Lane, Rodney Grugin, Caroline Fisher, Katherine Grugin, Megan Grugin, Shay Hanson and Christopher Grugin.
