He is survived by: his parents, Julian Ortiz and Rufina Ortiz; his aunt Victoria; his uncle Refugio Gonzalez; his siblings, Beatrice, Guadaluipe, George, Manuel and Rachel; his spouses, Yvonne Ortiz and Mignon Theresa Darma; and his children, Karen Cordova, Christina Reynolds and David Ortiz.
